The Art Station is looking for a new team member to join us in Saxmundham.
The Programme Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination and delivery of The Art Station’s year-round art and learning programme. You will bring strong organisational skills, leadership and a collaborative approach to managing exhibitions, events, residencies, creative health projects and festivals, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of programme activity. Working closely with the Director and wider team, you will oversee programme development, line manage staff, support fundraising and communications, and build strong relationships with artists, partners, freelancers and the local community. You will play a key role in delivering an ambitious, inclusive programme that reflects The Art Station’s values, strengthens its impact and supports its future growth.
