Join us for a very special performance by British composer, performer and improviser Laura Cannell!
Laura presents an intimate, un-amplified and site specific performance for LAND. The landscapes of East Anglia are ever present in her soundings, from marsh saltings to blazing sunrises in the east, no matter what she does the landscape keeps appearing in her music. Sometimes welcome, and sometimes and unintended visitor. For this special performance she invites the listener into her world of semi-composed and semi-improvised experimental neo-medievalism. Close your eyes and visit the inner landscapes Laura conjures on violin/overbow violin, bass and double recorders.
