Book your place for a very special afternoon of Raku firing at Butley Mills Studios, lead by artist Richard Oliver.
Saturday 24th September / 3pm – 5pm
At: Butley Mills Studios, Mill Ln, Butley, Woodbridge IP12 3PZ Parking available on site.
We have a small minibus leaving from Saxmundham at 2.30 and returning to Sax by 5pm so if you don’t have your own transport and would like a seat – just let us know beforehand.
Two Raku firing processes will be demonstrated, with the chance to try your own surface decoration technique. Drinks and nibbles will be provided plus a unique opportunity to tour the Butley Mills Studios and learn more about the artists working there.
This event has been programmed as part of DIRTY WORK, an exhibition of contemporary ceramics on show at both The Art Station, Saxmundham and The Old Theatre, Framlingham.
